Dungarvan combines the classic good looks of authentic, traditionally handmade leather deck shoes with the shock absorption, support and comfort of lightweight technical trainers, plus the excellent grip of Dubarry's award-winning NonSlip-NonMarkingoutsoles with their uniquely effective water dispersion channels. The lacing system is equally versatile, tie them tight for a secure fit with maximum performance or leave them loose for a relaxed fit and slip them on and off with ease. The uppers are crafted from high-quality nubuck and our unique DryFast-DrySoft leathers with a water-resistant finish and a hand sewn, waterproof chain butt seam on the toecap. Can I change my shipping address?
For security reasons, it is not possible for us to change your shipping address once an order has been placed.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
A shipping confirmation email is sent when all or part of your order is on its way to you. This email will also include the tracking information for your shipment. As items may ship at different times, from different fulfillment centers including our marketplace partners, you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with an update on each individual item. Please allow up to 24-48 business hours from receiving the shipping confirmation, to have visibility to carrier tracking data and tracking movement.
What are your shipping methods & delivery times?
Items usually ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted by availability in the product details.
Standard delivery takes 4-8 business days for the continental US and will be shipped with UPS, UPS Sure Post, FedEx, Smart Post, or US Postal Service. Orders shipping to AK and HI are sent via standard shipping and may take up to 30 days to be delivered. If you need the order to arrive sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout. Please note that additional fees may apply.
Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days, extra fees will be charged per item at checkout and varies based on vendor.

What do I do if I don't receive my package?
If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, we recommend checking with any neighbors, housemates, or leasing offices who may have received the parcel on your behalf. We would also suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to see if they can provide you with additional delivery information.
Will my items be shipped in one package?
If your order includes several items, we may ship them separately and at different times in order to get them to you faster. They may ship directly from different marketplace partners. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know what is being shipped with its carrier and tracking information.
Carrier tracking information will be provided by the carrier once your delivery has been scheduled. For status updates on your scheduled delivery please contact the carrier directly with either your reference or tracking information.
